Ronald Schubert, Founder & Managing Director
In 2016, Ronald Schubert co-founded the investment and asset management firm NORKON GmbH in Leipzig with Konrad Mech. When a property manager was needed on short notice as part of a turnaround mandate, the NORKON partners established ARKOS Property Management GmbH in 2019. Since 2022, he has been responsible for the company’s strategic development in his role as managing director.
His professional background lies outside the real estate industry: He worked for Mercedes-Benz and KPMG and held several leadership positions in the cultural sector. After completing his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, he studied business administration and later earned a degree in real estate economics (IREBS).
Lutz Schumacher, Managing Director
Lutz Schumacher has been Managing Director of ARKOS Property Management GmbH since May 2022 and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in asset and property management. For nearly ten years, he worked as an asset manager and key account manager at the German subsidiary of Patron Capital, where he managed a nationwide portfolio of former Deutsche Bahn corporate real estate. He subsequently worked in commercial real estate asset management, including at Aroundtown S.A.
He began his career as an attorney specializing in real estate law. Lutz Schumacher is a fully qualified lawyer and holds a degree in real estate economics (IREBS).
