ARKOS Property Management GmbH provides property management services specialising in commercial real estate. Our domestic and international clients include investment funds and private investors.

We currently manage a commercial real estate portfolio across Germany with a total area of approx. 190,000 m², comprising office, logistics and light industrial properties as well as retail properties.

Since its foundation in 2019, our company has grown continuously.

Our team of nine dedicated employees reliably delivers commercial property management services tailored to the requirements of each individual property.
