ARKOS Property Management GmbH provides property management services specializing in the management of commercial real estate. Its clients include domestic and international investment funds and private investors.
We currently manage a Germany-wide commercial real estate portfolio with a total area of 190,000 m² consisting of office properties, logistics and light industrial properties as well as retail properties.
Since our company was founded in 2019, our company has been able to develop continuously.
Our team of nine dedicated employees reliably provides services in the field of commercial property management, tailored to the requirements of the respective properties.

The long-term economic success of a real estate investment is only possible if, on the one hand, the owner‘s expectations regarding key real estate performance indicators are met, and on the other hand, the interests of the users are also served. In our daily work, we pursue proactive and forward-looking property management to achieve this win-win situation.

Thorough analysis
A comprehensive analysis of all a property‘s strengths and weaknesses forms the basis for measures to maintain and increase its value. This includes the recording and evaluation of all technical systems and equipment, all lease and usage agreements, as well as existing service and utility contracts.
Communication and speed
Numerous stakeholders are involved in managing a property. Through open, focused, and motivating communication with our employees and service providers, we ensure that our goals are achieved quickly. Short decision-making processes within our company allow us to implement measures rapidly.
Local presence
Successful property management requires a local presence. We are regularly on-site at our properties and maintain close contact with our service providers and tenants.
Specialized and service-oriented
The demands placed on the management of commercial properties are constantly increasing, due in part to intense competition for tenants and a growing density of regulations. We meet these challenges with a consistent specialization in the management of commercially used properties, continuous professional education, and by being up to date of current real estate requirements. Through our membership in the German Real Estate Association (IVD) and other sources of information, we ensure that we remain at the forefront of technical and legal developments.
